Land Distribution and Transformation

Adjustment and distribution of state-owned land to applicant organizations is another responsibility of the Afghanistan Land Authority - ARAZI.

In order to create refugee settlements, teachers industrial parks, plots distribution to retired officers, projects for Mis Ainak Copper Mine in Logar, construction of schools, research farms, green houses, mosques, government offices, universities, construction of power stations and solar, terminal and cemeteries, based on the decrees of the Chief of Staff’s Office of the President and Ministerial Council, ARAZI has transferred more than 242,000 jeribs of state-owned land to the applicant's in 29 provinces of the country from 1384 to 1396.

Moreover, the ARAZI is determined to distribute and transfer land for nomadic settlements and the establishment of carpet weaver’s industrial parks and other developmental activities under the framework of the organization.
