The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has accomplished implementation process of Afghanistan Land Pricing Information System (ALPIS) across the country. During the implementation of the system over 47,208 samples of properties has been collected of which; 20,678 samples have been collected from houses for sale, 19,111 samples from rental houses, 7,018 samples from mortgages and the remaining 471 samples from state rental prices across the country. The Ministry of Urban Development and Land has established Afghanistan Land Pricing Information System (ALPIS) to precise minimum prices of land, land leases, sales, mortgages, land acquisition, provide urban services, execution or registration of deeds, rental or sale of state-owned properties and as well as reduce corruption in this regard in the country.
