IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS OF ALPIS ENDS IN PANJSHIR

The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MULD by implementation of the Afghanistan Land Pricing Information System (ALPIS) has collected 773 samples of properties in Bazarak, the provincial city of northern Panjshir province. Out of the total, 578 samples have been collected from houses for sale and 195 samples from rental houses in the city. Moreover, having easy access to comprehensive and completed information through ALPIS application with an easy procedure, specifying price and real value of land and property throughout the country, decreasing of corruption and increasing of national revenue through land and property services are the positive impact of the system.
