The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, through Restoration and Consolidation of Historical Monument and Mosques Project, has accomplished 32% work of Bagh-e-Bala Palace in Kabul province. The Palace will be exploited in ongoing solar year at an estimated cost of 2,790,000 AFN which is provided from the developmental budget of the ministry. Bagh-e-Bala Palace was built by Emir Abdur Rahman Khan era in 1893 as a place for him to spend summers in, but some parts of the palace were destroyed in recent wars.
