The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MULD, by implementation of the Afghanistan Land Pricing Information System (ALPIS), has collected 8147 samples of properties in Kabul city. Out of the total, 2,907 samples have been collected from price of houses, 3,472 samples from rental houses, 1,679 from mortgages houses and the remaining 89 samples from state-owned properties in 22 PDs of the capital city. In order to precise minimum prices of land, leases, sales, mortgages, acquisition, provide urban services, execution or registration of deeds, rental or sale of state-owned properties, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land has established the Afghanistan Land Pricing Information System (ALPIS) in the country.
