The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, through the Afghanistan Stabilisation Programme (ASP), has constructed and exploited directorate office of the ministry in northeastern Kunar province of Afghanistan. The building constructed in two floors on 422m2 of land, having 11 rooms and other necessary attachments, worth 13,611,916 AFN. The Afghanistan Stabilisation Program (ASP) is being run under the supervision of the Ministry of Urban Development and Land to implement development projects, strengthen governance and building of state-owned and public facilities.
