The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has constructed and exploited conference hall of eastern Khost province. The hall has been built through Afghanistan Stabilisation Programme (ASP) and the project- worth 27,952,712 AFN, belongs to the Independent Directorate of Local Governance. However, the building, having a great hall, 11 rooms and other necessary attachments, has been built on 1,540m2 of land in the province. The Ministry of Urban Development and Land is committed to build institutions and strengthen linkages between central, provincial, district, and village-level governance in Afghanistan.
