The Afghanistan Land Authority – ARAZI, through the State Land Bank has sharpen its survey process in Kandahar and so far 70,072 jeribs (14,014 hectares) of state-owned land and public properties under state institutions use has been surveyed in the province since the establishment of the bank. The surveyed land and public properties under state institutions use is divided into 120 portions of which; 1,128 jeribs is under state institutions use and remaining 80,000 jeribs is yet to be used. However, the Afghanistan Land Authority has so far surveyed total 2,148,660 jeribs of land in 28 provinces of the country in past eight months.
