Directorate of Land Restitution and Dispute Resolution

Afghanistan Land Authority - ARAZI has set up the directorate in 1389, solar year, for the purpose of replacing the old Land Protection and Dispute Resolution system into new one.

The department aims at addressing the issues of usurping state-owned property, analyzing and evaluating personal, state and public property disputes, cooperating with justice and judicial organizations to reduce court cases and preliminary arbitration in disputes and dispatching technical boards to conflict areas, are the fundamental responsibilities of the directorate.
