Directorate of Land Clearance

In the sequence of many years of war and political and security developments in the country, the usurpation of a large part of state and non-state lands, caused deliberately and accidentally by individuals and institutions, caused many problems in the country.

The Directorate of Land Clearance is one of the key divisions of ARAZI, which is precisely designed to overcome this problem in order to identify and distinguish between government, public and private property and the restitution of state-owned land in the center and provinces. Based on the basic objectives of ARAZI, the Directorate has always been working to prevent the extraction of land owned by individuals and entities from the extraction process and, in incase of a dispute, to formally submit the matter to the courts.

The directorate is determined to identify the usurped areas on the basis of its work plan and take steps to restitute it.
