Directorate of Human Resources

The Human Resources Directorate has been one of the major departments of the Afghanistan Land Authority and has been set up to provide transparent and effective human resources management in this organization.

The department is specifically dedicated to recruiting experienced, skilled and experienced individuals with due respect to the principle of competence and transparency, creating a healthy working environment, addressing the problems of civil servants, conducting training programs and workshops on capacity building, employee privileges and salaries and evaluating employee performance.

Since its inception, the Directorate for Human Resources has managed to employ 1,873 civil servants through a merit competitive process and is determined to begin the recruitment of one thousand other employees in the center and provinces in the near future.
