Directorate of Monitoring and Evaluation

In order to effectively implement the goals and strategies of the organization, monitoring and evaluating the areas of work and performance of the staff, as well as guiding and supporting their positive functions, are at the top activities of the Department of Monitoring and Evaluation.

The department was established with 27 employees in 1396 - solar year - to implement and fulfill the basic objectives of the Afghanistan Land Authority – ARAZI and to strengthen the transparency and accountability process with the framework of ARAZI.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Department is determined to be a technical monitoring section, in order to preserve, protect and exploit state property, evaluate property, financial and administrative documents in light of the laws and procedures of the country. Comprehensive plan for the registration of all state owned properties, enhancement of a healthy, transparent and accountable institution, adapting and institutionalizing any kind of preeminence without any bias.
