The Afghanistan Land Authority has established the Directorate of Customer Service in 1396, solar year, aims at providing the necessary services, obtaining and following complaints of the customer to prevent wasting of time of the customers and employees of ARAZI.
This directorate is working as a bridge between the customers and the departments of ARAZI. It always strives to provide appeals, appointments, follow up of documents and make available information, provide facilities to the clients of Afghanistan Land Authority. By establishing this directorate, complaints and problems of clients are minimized and those in needs are informed as quickly as possible of the manner, the level of effectiveness and efficiency of work in the administration is considerably increased.
The directorate is committed to develop an electronic system using modern technology to provide quick reach-out to customer problems and to expedite the process of document processes with relevant departments in order to institutionalize an effective and accountable system.
